Our Story

MMS Consulting was built on a simple idea, projects run better when there is clear communication, structured planning, and honest advice.

Over time, we’ve worked with homeowners, investors, and developers across Sydney who needed support navigating council approvals, design coordination, and construction stages. Many came to us unsure of where to begin. What they needed wasn’t complexity it was direction.
